CONGRATULATIONS! Your team is invited to enter the 2010 N.S.A.
This tournament will include the following classes of play:
Men’s Class C, D, E, Coed, Women
All N.S.A. rules apply in the Winter World Series
All teams must be N.S.A. registered and have a 2010 team sanction number.
Teams may play only with their state directors permission.
Game time is forfeit time
Teams must be prepared to play thirty (30) minutes prior to schedule
All teams must abide by their local NSA tournament qualification rules as administrated by their respective State or Regional Director. Please make sure the attached entry form is completely filled out and returned to your State Director or Regional Vice President with the correct fee. Please enclose a cashier’s check or money order to cover the fee, personal checks will be returned and your entry will not be official until we receive proper payment. Entry fee for the tournament is $300.00. Make all cashiers checks or money orders payable to N. S. A. or the National Softball Association. No entries will be accepted without entry fee! TOURNAMENT FORMAT
The Winter World Series will be a three (3) game format. Conditions:
The tournament committee reserves the right to change any game time, playing fields or dates, or make any other changes to conduct the tournament, including dropping the losers bracket, if necessary. The tournament directors, sponsors and hosts assume that all players are competing at their own risks, and will not be liable for any accidents or injuries. Entry into the tournament constitutes agreement to these conditions.

TOURNAMENT GAMES
The first game in the tournament will begin Friday February 19th. The finals are tentatively scheduled to start on Sunday, February 21st, at 3:00 PM.
ROSTERS & PICTURE ID’S
BALLS
Each team will be provided 6 balls, more balls will be available for sale at each park.
BATS
All bats must be in compliance with NSA rules.
PROTESTS
All umpire judgment call are final. Only rule interpretations may be protested. A protest fee of $75.00 must be posted at the time of protest. If the protest is ruled in your favor, your money will be returned.
PLAYER ID AND CHECK-IN
All players will need picture identification with them at the park. All players will need to check-in prior to them playing their first game of the tournament. Wrist bands will be attached to each player.
